Terms of Service
1. Payment
1.01. Payments via Cashapp and Paypal1.02. Prices are in USD1.03. To be done faster it will cost extra. We can discuss how much.1.04. There are 3 types of payments:
• Pay everything before I start
• Pay a part now and the rest after I finish (we can discuss how much)
• With big commissions can have a more extensive payment plan. The exact terms will be agreed upon between the Client and Artist before the start of the commission.1.05. If no payment has taken place yet then cancellation is possible at any point.1.06. Full refund only if no work has been done at the moment of the refund request.1.07. The refund request amount will be proportional to the work done. If I did little, you will receive a big refund, if I’ve done a lot, then the value will be less. Only a partial refund is possible.1.08. A full refund will also be granted if I am the party to cancel the commission for personal reasons2. Commission Process
2.01. I will always show W.I.P.s when I have done some progress.2.02. If anything happens that I’m not able to work on certain days I will tell you (example: trips, hospital) and will be right back to the work.2.03. Deadline for completion of work (It may change).
• Any commission I take will not exceed a month with the exception of any animation based commissions2.04. Before starting I do some sketches and search for references to understand better what I will be going to paint. I want to offer you my best so it is really important to gather the best reference out there _2.05. If I don’t understand any information or need your help to see which type of light/colors you prefer i will send you a W.I.P. asking.2.06. Requesting Work in Progress pictures is permitted if held to a reasonable degree. Though keep in mind that waiting for the W.I.P. to be approved will slow down my progress.2.07. Changes can be requested at every W.I.P. however bigger changes are limited to the sketch phase. (example: Pose change, background change etc.) . Smaller changes can be done toward the end as well. Though of course if in doubt then just asking won't hurt! If the changes that are being requested exceed a reasonable amount then i will need to add an additional fee, unless the changes required are due to an error of myself (example: missing tail/wing ).3.Rights
3.01. By default commissions are for personal use only, this means the customer may not use the commissioned painting for commercial purposes. The customer may not profit from the finished piece in any form. Noncommercial uses such as uploading it to an online gallery (e.g. Furaffinity, Weasyl ) or printing for personal use are permitted.3.02. I do not hold any rights to the characters portrayed unless they are a creation of mine originally. The rights of the characters will stay with the respective rights owner.3.03. All rights for the finished piece remain with the artist. This includes the right to use the image for purposes such as the selling of Prints, or offering them on platforms such as Patreon.3.04 Usage rights can be negotiated if ,for example, the customer wishes to use the painting for commercial use. The new terms will vary depending on the agreement between artist and customer.
